When learning is harder than it should be
Many children who struggle in school are not struggling because of how intelligent they are, or how hard they are trying. Underneath the difficulties with reading, writing, concentration, or coordination, there may be something more foundational at work, an immature neuromotor system that hasn't yet built the physical platform learning depends upon.
The INPP Method addresses exactly this. Through a standardised assessment and an individualised daily movement programme, it supports the integration of retained primitive reflexes, the early movement patterns that, when they persist beyond infancy, may interfere with a child's ability to sit still, focus, track text on a page, or manage the demands of a classroom.
This is not a new idea. INPP has been developing and refining this approach for over four decades, and the evidence base continues to grow. What this can look like, in practice, is a child who begins to find learning easier, not because something was wrong with them, but because the foundations were finally ready.
